Job summary

UAE Job Alert is seeking a Head of Commercial and Revenue to drive sustainable revenue growth across rental and leasing. You will own pricing, product, and marketing performance while aligning fleet, demand, and customer acquisition with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires advanced revenue management, strong digital channels expertise, and a proven track record in mobility-related businesses, with a strategic mindset and leadership capability for a multi-entity mobility group.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of senior commercial, revenue, or digital experience in mobility-related businesses.
• Strong background in mobility, automotive, rental, leasing, travel, or subscription models.
• Proven experience managing pricing, sales, and digital channels at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define and track the revenue strategy for rental and leasing.
• Own dynamic pricing, yield management, and rate governance.
• Set leasing commercial frameworks including pricing matrices, discount thresholds, and margin targets.
• Lead retail sales strategies and optimize performance across channels.
• Drive digital lead generation, conversion, and funnel performance.
• Define brand positioning and manage ATL/BTL campaigns.
• Manage partnerships (OTA, aggregator, airline, hotel) and optimize channel mix.
• Establish dashboards and analytics for pricing, yield, digital, sales, and marketing metrics.
