Job summary

A global leader in food and fragrance is looking for a Junior Regulatory Specialist in Dubai. In this role, you will support compliance with regulatory requirements, providing documentation and formula reviews to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and has 1-2 years of experience in the food industry, ideally within the GCC region. Strong PC skills and fluency in English and Arabic are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant regulatory experience in the food industry or a related sector ideally within the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge in food chemistry or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of components of appropriate business processes and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and compliant formula reviews for internal and external customers.
• Completion of customer product and quality questionnaires.
• Maintain and manage request logs in internal systems.
• Support the commercialization of products with commercial teams.
• Assist regulatory specialists with assigned tasks and projects.
• Participate in regulatory projects as needed.
