Key Responsibilities

• Inspect architectural works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and inspection plans
• Review contractor shop drawings and submissions to identify potential issues
• Monitor contractor adherence to approved quality control procedures
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to resolve site issues
• Conduct field inspections of architectural finishes and building components
• Verify material quality and ensure installations meet project standards
• Issue non‑conformance reports and follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain daily site records, logs, and progress documentation
• Prepare inspection reports and progress updates
• Monitor safety practices related to architectural installations
• Assist in expediting approvals and resolving delays in submissions
