Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an Architecturally focused inspector to conduct regular site inspections and verify works align with approved drawings and standards. You will review drawings, submittals, and method statements, and coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, a valid UAE driving license, and relevant experience in inspection or supervision. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.

• Identify defects and issue inspection comments or non-conformance reports for corrective action.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Job description

Conduct regular site inspections to verify that architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings project specifications applicable codes quality standards and contractual requirements

Inspect architectural works including finishes facades partitions ceilings flooring doors windows waterproofing and other related construction activities

Review approved architectural drawings material submittals method statements and inspection requests prior to conducting site inspections

Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure that all architectural works comply with approved samples mock-ups and project requirements

Identify construction defects non-conformities deviations and quality issues and issue appropriate inspection comments or non-conformance reports for corrective action

Verify that corrective actions are completed satisfactorily and conduct follow-up inspections to ensure compliance with approved requirements

Coordinate with architects engineers consultants contractors subcontractors and other project stakeholders to resolve architectural and site-related issues

Monitor construction progress and provide timely updates on the status of architectural works inspection activities quality concerns and potential delays

Review and verify contractor inspection requests and maintain accurate records of inspections observations approvals comments and outstanding actions

Ensure that architectural works are properly coordinated with structural MEP interior design landscape and other related disciplines to avoid conflicts and rework

Monitor compliance with approved health safety environmental and site regulations during the execution of architectural works

Prepare inspection reports site observation reports progress updates and other technical documentation and support project handover snagging and close-out activities

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is mandatory.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Relevant experience in architectural inspection, construction supervision, or consultancy projects is preferred.
