Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections for architectural works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Review contractor submissions and shop drawings, identifying potential quality or performance issues.
• Monitor contractor adherence to approved quality control plans and inspection protocols.
• Record site activities, including daily logs, reports, and photographic documentation of progress.
• Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs while supporting corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management to resolve site issues and delays.
• Verify that materials, finishes, and installations meet project standards and specifications.
• Assist in expediting approvals and authority clearances.
• Monitor health and safety practices and report any violations.
