Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience as Hotel Receptionist in Front Office.
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS).
• Arabic language – speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, suppliers, answer telephone calls with a warm, timely welcome in line with brand standards.
• Answer guest queries and provide information on promotions, room prices, activities and events in the surrounding area.
• Ensure payments are made according to cash handling procedures and process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
• Drive online mentions and promote customer feedback.
• Understand online guest feedback and explore options for improvement.
• Carry out general office duties, including correspondence, emails and filing to ensure smooth running of the reception area and maintain stock of supplies.
• Effectively communicate with all departments on guest requests and complaints for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure guest safety in line with safety procedures and guidelines.
