Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) is seeking a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi International Airport Business Park to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/out procedures. You will handle payments, provide local information, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires 1+ year in front office reception, Opera PMS knowledge, and proficiency in Arabic.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience as hotel receptionist in Front Office.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Arabic language: speaking, reading and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, suppliers and answer calls with warmth.
• Provide information on promotions, room prices, activities and events.
• Handle payments according to cash procedures and manage reservations.
• Identify corporate leads and build relationships.
• Encourage online mentions and collect customer feedback.
• Address online feedback and explore improvements.
• Carry out general office duties: emails, filing, and stock management.
• Coordinate with departments on guest requests and complaints.
• Ensure guest safety in line with procedures.
