Job summary

CNTXT, through its Munsit Arabic Voice AI suite in the UAE, is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel. You will build outbound pipelines to enterprise, government, and telecom buyers across the UAE/GCC, qualifying opportunities and coordinating with pre-sales to ensure smooth handoffs.

The role requires 3+ years in SDR/BDR, a proven track record of outbound prospecting, and the ability to hold credible first conversations with engineering or product

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an SDR/BDR or similar sales role.
• Ability to hold credible first conversations with engineering/product buyers.
• Experience building lists and writing outbound sequences that elicit replies.
• Highly organized with CRM discipline and number-driven performance.
• Arabic fluency strongly preferred; API/speech AI knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound pipeline targeting enterprises, government entities, and telecom/customers in UAE/GCC.
• Run outbound sequences (email/LinkedIn/calls) and book qualified discovery meetings.
• Keep CRM accurate with clean records and realistic pipeline stages.
