Job summary

Life Intelligence Group Technologies in Dubai is seeking an ambitious AI Sales & Business Development Manager fluent in Arabic and English to drive our UAE and GCC commercial presence. You will engage CEOs, government stakeholders and enterprise leaders to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions across our ecosystem of platforms, including TaskSpur, Ari, Click AI, Lifetime PA and more.

Qualifications

Fluent in Arabic and English communication.
Proven B2B technology sales or business-development experience in the UAE.
Experience selling AI, SaaS, enterprise software, CRM, cloud, automation, digital transformation, data solutions or custom technology services.
Strong knowledge of how business relationships are developed in the UAE.
Experience conducting discovery meetings and managing consultative sales cycles.
Confidence presenting to senior executives and enterprise decision-makers.
Strong commercial proposal, negotiation and closing capabilities.
A disciplined approach to pipeline development, forecasting and follow-up.
The ability to sell outcomes and transformation — not just software features.

Responsibilities

Build Life Intelligence Group Technologies' commercial presence across the UAE and GCC.
Identify and develop enterprise, government, SME and strategic partnership opportunities.
Engage CEOs, founders, CIOs, CTOs, government stakeholders, transformation leaders and heads of business functions.
Lead AI discovery and strategy conversations with prospective clients.
Present our platforms, products, case studies and custom AI capabilities.
Translate business problems into clear AI and technology opportunities.
Work directly with company leadership, solution architects and delivery teams to shape the right solution.
Develop commercial proposals, presentations, scopes and strategic account plans.
Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact through discovery, proposal, negotiation and closing.
Build relationships with technology partners, consultants, system integrators and referral channels.
Develop existing accounts through expansion, cross-selling and long-term strategic relationships.
Represent us at AI Everything, Dubai AI Festival and other major technology and business events across the UAE and GCC.
Help shape our UAE go-to-market strategy — not merely execute someone else's sales script.
