Cloudflare is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its high-performing Sales team in the UAE. You will own early-stage opportunities, develop customer-centric sales skills, and become an expert on Cloudflare’s product offerings. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in BDR within tech in the META region, SaaS exposure, and strong communication. English and Arabic are required.

Formación

• 2+ years of BDR experience in tech in the META region, SaaS experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
• Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Outreach and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers seeking solutions.
• Develop customer-centric sales skills to deliver a stellar customer experience.
• Learn Cloudflare’s products and services in detail.
• Own and meet target quota related to opportunities, SLA, pipeline and revenue.
• Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
• Discover pain points and map to Cloudflare solutions for Enterprise sales.
• Work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
• Report, track, and manage sales activities using SFDC.
• Play an active role in evolving team processes.
