Job summary

Proofpoint seeks a proactive Business Development Representative for our Middle East team in Abu Dhabi. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, gather market intelligence, and connect key influencers with our sales team to drive qualified opportunities.

Collaborating with Marketing and Account teams, you’ll implement an account-based approach across the region, using Salesforce to track activity and schedule product demonstrations for the Field sales team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic and English required.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound sales accepted leads and respond to product inquiries, as well as follow up on all leads generated by marketing and convert initial interest into sales accepted leads.
• Gather actionable intelligence (competition, projects, purchase intent, etc.) for the accounts you manage.
• Manage email campaigns to generate new sales prospects and conduct cold-calling campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com for current and potential customers.
• Schedule demonstrations between Commercial Sales team members and potential customers.
