Job summary

Division50 Llc is hiring a part-time SDR for an AI-powered translation SaaS client. You will identify prospective business customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities include researching target companies, identifying decision-makers, and executing bilingual outreach in English and Arabic. This role is fully remote with potential to move to full-time based on performance.

Qualifications

• B2B outbound sales or SDR experience, preferably SaaS/translation tech.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Experience prospecting into UAE or Saudi market.
• Strong cold-calling, research, follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to business needs.
• Experience using CRM and LinkedIn for prospecting.

About the Role

Division50 is hiring a part-time SDR for a client offering AI-powered text and real-time voice translation solutions. These tools help businesses communicate across languages during meetings, customer interactions, and international operations.

You will identify prospective business customers, understand their communication challenges, and book qualified discovery meetings for the client’s sales team.

Responsibilities

• Research companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with multilingual teams, customers, or international operations.
• Identify relevant decision-makers across customer service, operations, IT, localization, and business leadership.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach in English and Arabic.
• Identify challenges involving language barriers, translation workflows, and multilingual customer communication.
• Explain the business value of AI translation clearly and handle initial objections.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, buying process and timeline.
• Book 10 qualified meetings per month and follow up to support attendance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear qualification notes to the sales team.

• Proven B2B outbound sales or SDR experience, preferably selling SaaS, translation technology, localisation services or business communication tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Experience prospecting into the UAE or Saudi market.
• Strong cold-calling, research, follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to practical business needs.
• Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Availability for a part-time schedule aligned with UAE and Saudi business hours.

• $250 USD monthly base salary + commission.
• Fully remote, part-time role.
