Job summary

Division50 Llc is hiring a full-time SDR to target UAE and Saudi markets with a unified inbox and AI-enabled engagement platform. You will identify decision-makers across sales, marketing and customer service, and qualify needs for discovery meetings or product demos.

We require proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience, fluent English and Arabic, and CRM/pipeline management skills. This is a fully remote role with UAE and Saudi business hours alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience.
• Experience prospecting into the UAE or Saudi markets.
• Experience generating opportunities through cold outreach.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Research UAE and Saudi-based businesses generating leads or using messaging channels.
• Identify decision-makers across sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and ownership.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach in English and Arabic.
• Explain the value of a unified inbox, contact management, and AI-assisted engagement.
• Book 20 qualified meetings per month and support attendance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share discovery notes with the sales team.
