We are seeking a Director Global Chains - Asia Pacific to lead HBX’s strategic hotel chain partnerships in the region, drive sustainable growth, and manage a high-performing account team. The role demands strong commercial acumen and executive-level collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing strategic hotel chain partnerships in travel, hospitality or distribution.
• Proven track record leading commercial negotiations and delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the hotel distribution ecosystem: wholesalers, OTAs, connectivity, revenue management, chain structures.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple markets.
• Analytical with ability to translate data into commercial action.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-exec engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with key hotel chain partners across Asia Pacific.
• Lead negotiations, renewals, and strategic partnership discussions.
• Drive growth in room nights, total revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner performance.
