A prominent engineering solutions firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental management on site. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH certification, extensive experience in managing HSE protocols, and a minimum of 3 years' experience specifically in large projects. Responsibilities include implementing safety procedures, conducting audits, and training personnel. This is a contract position with no remote work option.

Qualifications

• Educational degree holder ideally.
• 3+ years as HSE Officer in large projects, preferably in GCC.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and standards in airport projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement HSE management plan and monitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE laws and regulations during projects.
• Investigate accidents, report findings, and maintain records.
