Job summary

Jump is seeking an Account Executive to open, manage, and close B2B software deals in a high-velocity SMB sales motion. You will carry an ARR quota and build a robust pipeline while maintaining meticulous CRM discipline.

You will work closely with Jump's financial advisor customers and leverage the latest AI-enabled sales technology, using clear verbal and written communication to represent the Jump brand.

• Demonstrated ability to prospect successfully in previous roles.
• Proven success selling software products.
• History of being a top-performing Account Executive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Coachable, hungry, competitive, and sharp.

Responsibilities

• Open, manage, and close B2B software deals in an SMB, high-volume, high-velocity sales motion.
• Carry an annual ARR quota, measured monthly.
• Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to hit and exceed quota goals.
• Manage pipeline in CRM with maniacal organization.
• Work with Jump's financial advisor customers.
• Create leverage using the latest AI-enabled sales technology.
• Use clear verbal and written communication to represent Jump's brand.
