Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in change management, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
• 2–3+ years supporting AI, GenAI, automation, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI and business transformation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an AI Change Management & Adoption framework for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Support the transition from AI readiness to adoption, behavioral change, and sustained usage.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and enablement plans.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical business messaging and value realization KPIs.
• Define and track AI adoption, usage, and value-realization KPIs and dashboards.
