Job summary

Duncan & Ross is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. The role combines organizational change management, IT delivery, and AI experience to navigate ambiguity and drive measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, design change strategies, manage IT workstreams, and advise senior clients. A strong consulting foundation and proficiency with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of project/programme management experience in a consulting environment.
• Proven change management skills: stakeholder engagement, communications, training design and adoption measurement.
• Strong IT delivery background with full lifecycle project delivery.
• Experience with AI or data-driven transformation programmes.
• Core consulting capabilities: structured problem solving, executive communication, client relationships.
• Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong risk management and issue resolution skills.

• Design and execute change management strategies that drive adoption and minimize organizational resistance.
• Oversee IT delivery workstreams coordinating across technical teams vendors and business stakeholders.
• Support the integration and adoption of AI-driven solutions translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks risk registers RAID logs and project reporting structures.
• Facilitate executive-level steering committees and cross-functional workshops.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients providing strategic guidance and challenge where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of project/programme management experience preferably within a consulting environment.
• Proven track record in organizational change management including stakeholder engagement communications planning training design and adoption measurement.
• Strong IT delivery background with experience managing technology projects through full lifecycle (from requirements through to deployment and hypercare).
• Demonstrated experience working on AI or data-driven transformation programmes either implementing AI tools managing AI product rollouts or advising on AI adoption strategies.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving executive communication client relationship management and deliverable production.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).
• Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change management certification.
• Experience in a Big 4 or top-tier management consultancy.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot generative AI products automation platforms).
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at C-suite level.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous fast-moving environments.
• Collaborative team player who can also lead and challenge constructively.
