Job summary

Duncan & Ross in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced AI Architect to lead Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives on the Microsoft Azure platform. The role focuses on designing scalable, production-grade AI architectures and aligns with governance, security and Responsible AI principles.

The candidate will define end-to-end AI solutions, integrate with enterprise apps and data platforms, and provide technical leadership to engineering teams while engaging with government stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-grade Generative AI systems.
• Proven ability to architect AI solutions on cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of RAG embeddings and retrieval.
• Familiarity with governance, privacy and Responsible AI.
• Ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for Generative and Agentic AI solutions.
• Architect AI solutions on the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows with integration points.
• Define secure, scalable, production-ready AI architectures.
