Job summary

Salt is partnering with a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi to appoint a Head of AI Adoption. This senior role will lead the organisation-wide adoption of approved AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working, focusing on behavioural change, sustained usage and measurable business value.

You will develop the enterprise AI adoption strategy, create role-based adoption plans, translate AI capabilities into practical use cases, and establish adoption targets and KPIs.

Salt is partnering with a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi to appoint a Head of AI Adoption.

This senior role will lead the organisation-wide adoption of approved AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working. The focus is not simply on training or promoting AI awareness. You will be responsible for driving genuine behavioural change, sustained usage and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise AI adoption strategy and roadmap.
• Create role-based adoption plans for leaders, managers and employees.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical, repeatable workplace use cases.
• Establish clear adoption targets, KPIs and reporting.
• Use data and employee feedback to identify barriers and improve adoption.
• Build and manage an internal network of AI champions.
• Coordinate training, communications, demonstrations and engagement programmes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Security and Transformation teams.
• Measure the impact of AI on productivity, service delivery and ways of working.
• Ensure employees understand how to use approved AI tools responsibly.

About You

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise adoption, digital transformation, change, product adoption or a related field.
• Proven experience leading a large-scale adoption or behavioural-change programme.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and enterprise AI assistants.
• Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Able to translate technology into clear, practical business use cases.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience using adoption and usage data.
• Excellent stakeholder-management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working directly with senior executives.

Experience leading AI adoption across a large workforce, particularly within a government, regulated or complex enterprise environment, would be highly advantageous.
