Job summary

Cognition in Dubai seeks Applied AI Transformation Managers—technically oriented strategic advisors who drive value realization across multiple strategic accounts by designing operating and delivery models for agentic AI. You will partner with senior leaders to quantify value targets, oversee program delivery, and ensure clear metrics and risk reporting.

This role embeds with key accounts to accelerate productivity gains and financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level CS or EE background.
• 3–5 years at a Big 3 strategy consulting firm with value targeting/realization.
• Proven client relationship expansion.
• Startup experience in customer-facing role preferred.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and report value targets for productivity gains.
• Ensure seamless delivery for the overall customer program.
• Maintain visibility on playbook implementation and metrics.
• Build strong relationships and customer trust through delivery.
• Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers.
• Apply analytical and program management skills for value realization.
• Build centers of excellence within accounts.
