Job summary

Duncan & Ross seeks an AI Adoption & Change Manager to develop and deliver an enterprise AI change framework, turning GenAI and data initiatives into daily working practice. The role drives readiness, engagement, communications, enablement and KPI tracking to realize measurable business value.

The incumbent will coordinate with AI, business, technology and product teams to prepare organizations for AI releases, map adoption roadmaps, and ensure sustained usage across lines of business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in change management, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
• 2-3 years supporting AI/GenAI automation, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI organizational change, stakeholder management and business transformation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an AI Change Management & Adoption framework for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness, change impacts, stakeholder needs and adoption barriers; develop roadmaps aligned with delivery milestones.
• Work with AI, business, technology and product teams to prepare organizations for AI releases and enable adoption and sustained usage.
• Define and track AI adoption usage and value-realization KPIs; develop adoption dashboards and provide recommendations to improve adoption and business value.
