Job summary

Duncan & Ross is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. The role combines organizational change management, IT delivery, and AI experience to navigate ambiguity and drive measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, design change strategies, manage IT workstreams, and advise senior clients. A strong consulting foundation and proficiency with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of project/programme management experience in a consulting environment.
• Proven change management skills: stakeholder engagement, communications, training design and adoption measurement.
• Strong IT delivery background with full lifecycle project delivery.
• Experience with AI or data-driven transformation programmes.
• Core consulting capabilities: structured problem solving, executive communication, client relationships.
• Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong risk management and issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across transformation programmes within scope, timeline, budget and quality targets.
• Design and execute change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
• Oversee IT delivery workstreams coordinating across technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Support the integration and adoption of AI-driven solutions translating capabilities into business value.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, RAID logs and project reporting structures.
• Facilitate executive-level steering committees and cross-functional workshops.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients providing strategic guidance and challenge.
• Manage interdependencies across workstreams and elevate risks proactively.
