Job summary

Kerzner International's Atlantis The Royal in Dubai seeks an Agent, Front Office to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out and assist with special requests.

As part of a luxury resort on Palm Island, you will use Opera or equivalent systems, maintain a high service standard, and collaborate with a diverse team to ensure smooth operations across day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Front Office experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a luxury property.
• Familiarity with Opera or other hotel reservation systems.
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to converse in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient solutions and services to guests, attend to guests’ special requirements.
• Ensure all check-ins and check-outs run smoothly and that cashiering transactions are processed promptly and correctly both during the day and night.
• Offer more personalized service by assisting guests with their requests throughout their stay.
