Atlantis The Palm is seeking a dedicated VIP Services Agent to deliver exceptional service to high-profile guests from arrival to departure. This role focuses on personalized attention, anticipating needs, and maintaining the Royal Majlis Lounge to the highest standards.

You will welcome and assist VIP guests with check-in, escorting, concierge requests, and guest orientation, ensuring a seamless luxury experience in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or concierge roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Check-in VIP guests and escort them to the lounge and facilities.
• Attend to VIP requests and concierge inquiries to ensure memorable stays.
• Maintain the Royal Majlis Lounge setup and cleanliness for all guests.
• Provide personalized orientation and information to VIP guests.
• Collaborate with the VIP Services team to anticipate needs and resolve issues.

About The Role

As a highly reputable and luxurious resort in Dubai, Atlantis The Palm is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Agent to join our elite VIP Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to VIP guests by anticipating their needs, managing their requests, and always ensuring their utmost satisfaction. You will ensure that all VIP guests experience a personalized service from arrival to departure. Maintaining the set up and cleanliness of the Royal Majlis Lounge. You will welcome and assist all VIP guests with the following tasks: Check-in of guests, escorting of VIP guests, concierge enquired and any other requests and guest orientation of the resort.
