Kerzner International’s Atlantis, The Palm resort in Dubai seeks a proactive Call Center Agent to provide warm, personalized guest support by phone. You will handle high-volume inquiries, ensure guests are assisted with efficiency, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in similar roles, strong customer service ethics, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a similar role or customer service position handling high volume.
• Experience in a call center or guest service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French or German is advantageous.

About The Role

As Agent, Call Center, you will be the first point of contact with all guests you have to ensure that all needs are met and that they are assisted in a warm and personalized manner. You will keep a high energy and positive environment while working with a great team. Moreover, you will have to maintain an efficient and effective flow of information with the guest and all internal departments and handle external as well as internal calls with Forbes standards in mind.

About You

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in the same role or a customer service position where handled large volume. You will have a strong work ethics and desire to continuously learn and develop at our resort. An addition language such as Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French or German is advantageous.
