Job summary

HRInvest is seeking a Sales Engineer – After Sales & Service in Dubai to develop new service business opportunities, including AMCs, and identify customer requirements. You will build relationships with decision-makers, explain technical solutions, manage opportunities through to closure, and achieve sales targets with an active service pipeline.

You will visit clients, generate enquiries through proactive outreach, and collaborate with engineering teams to tailor maintenance solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant technical sales experience.
• Knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, boilers, calorifiers or solar water heating systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop new service business opportunities, including AMCs.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend maintenance solutions.
• Generate enquiries through proactive outreach and client visits.
• Build relationships with customers and decision-makers to secure new business.
• Explain technical solutions clearly and manage sales opportunities through to closure.
