Job summary

HRInvest in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Sales Engineer specialized in HVAC/MEP to drive project sales and expand the customer base in the building services sector.

You will build and maintain relationships with contractors and consultants, assess project requirements, and present technical solutions while managing opportunities through to closure and ensuring a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering background.
• 5–8 years of direct sales experience in HVAC or MEP.
• Established relationships with MEP contractors and consultants in the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong technical understanding, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets within the HVAC and MEP market.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants and key decision-makers.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.
• Generate enquiries, plan client visits and manage opportunities through to closure.
• Deliver clear technical presentations and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
