Job summary

gioco vincente is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our international iGaming affiliate program. The role is full-time with a hybrid work model in Abu Dhabi, UAE, offering exposure to a diverse global partner network.

You will manage day-to-day affiliate activities, recruit new partners, optimize campaigns, track KPIs, and report performance. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to grow revenue across international markets and strengthen commercial

AFFILIATE MARKETING MANAGER – iGAMING

Role Description

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join the team of an international company with over 20 years of experience in the iGaming industry.

The company operates in the online gaming market, with a particular focus on betting and online sports betting, online casinos, and affiliate marketing.

The successful candidate will play a strategic role in managing, developing, and optimizing the company's affiliate program. They will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with both existing and new affiliates and commercial partners.

The selected candidate will manage the day-to-day activities related to affiliates, from research and selection to onboarding, performance monitoring, and partnership development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing the Affiliate Marketing program within the iGaming industry;
• Researching, selecting, and acquiring new affiliates and partners;
• Managing relationships with international affiliates;
• Defining, implementing, and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns;
• Collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams;
