Job summary

Remote DXB, a fast-growing fintech group, seeks an Operations & Partnerships Lead to oversee daily business activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimize affiliate partnerships.

You will manage projects, implement AI tools, monitor UX and performance, and prepare weekly reports. Strong English, organizational skills, and experience with CRM and automation are required.
