Job summary

gioco vincente is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our international iGaming affiliate program. The role is full-time with a hybrid work model in Abu Dhabi, UAE, offering exposure to a diverse global partner network.

You will manage day-to-day affiliate activities, recruit new partners, optimize campaigns, track KPIs, and report performance. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to grow revenue across international markets and strengthen commercial

Qualifications

• Experience managing affiliate marketing programs.
• Experience developing affiliate and commercial partner networks.
• Knowledge of the iGaming, betting and online casino markets.
• Strong marketing and sales skills.
• Ability to analyze KPI, traffic, conversion and revenue data.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-oriented and targets driven.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Analytics, CRM and Affiliate Management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Affiliate Marketing program within the iGaming industry.
• Research, select and acquire new affiliates and partners.
• Manage relationships with international affiliates.
• Define, implement and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Monitor KPIs and affiliate performance.
• Analyze traffic, conversion and revenue data.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with partners.
• Manage budget allocated to affiliate marketing activities.
• Prepare regular reports and performance analyses.
• Identify new opportunities for channel growth and development.
