HHHub.eu (Taupai, UAB) is building a new online casino and sports betting platform for the Middle East and seeks a Casino Manager to lead the launch. You will blend strong commercial thinking with deep operational expertise to deliver an exceptional player experience, grow the product, and scale the business in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in online casino operations within iGaming.
• Proven track record of managing and growing an online casino product.
• Experience with game providers, bonus mechanics and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful launch and day-to-day management of the online casino product.
• Develop and execute the casino growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the casino game portfolio, including game selection and content optimisation.
• Build and optimise the casino lobby to maximise engagement and revenue.
• Plan, execute and analyse casino promotions, tournaments, bonus campaigns and provider-led marketing activities.
• Monitor key commercial KPIs including GGR, NGR, player activity, retention, bonus performance and game profitability.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, Payments, BI, Compliance and Customer Support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage relationships with game providers and external partners, ensuring timely integrations and commercial success.
• Ensure all casino operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and new opportunities to strengthen the casino offering across the Middle Eastern market.

Requirements:

• Experience working with casino back‑office platforms, CMS tools and performance reporting;
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make commercial decisions based on data and KPIs;
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential;
• Experience working with Middle Eastern markets, would be a strong advantage;
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
