Job summary

Capital Com SV Investments Limited is expanding its affiliate network globally and seeks a results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our Dubai office. You will own and grow a portfolio of international affiliate partners, negotiate terms, and drive onboarding, launch and performance reviews.

In this role you will leverage data to optimize partner performance, collaborate with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance and Marketing, and use AI tools to boost productivity while maintaining

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across international markets, acting as their main point of contact.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships and understand what each partner needs to grow successfully with Capital.com.
• Identify, evaluate, and approach new partners that fit our commercial and market priorities.
• Lead partnership projects end to end—from research and initial outreach through negotiation, onboarding, launch, performance review, and next steps.
• Review partner performance, identify opportunities or issues, and turn data into clear actions.
• Coordinate launches and partner initiatives with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Leverage advanced AI tools and automation to boost productivity across partner research, communication, reporting, and day-to-day workflows.
• Ensure partner activity meets Capital.com's regulatory, commercial, and brand standards.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

• At least two years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work directly with external partners.
• A high level of ownership, accountability, and motivation to deliver results.
• Demonstrated ability to organise and lead projects from start to finish.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to use data to make practical decisions.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to manage several priorities at the same time.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Practical experience using advanced AI tools to improve productivity, research, communication, and decision-making.

Nice to have:

• A degree, qualification, or professional certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in fintech, online trading, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, or digital marketing channels.
