Job summary

BettingJobs is seeking an Affiliate Manager in Dubai to lead a multinational affiliate portfolio. You will oversee strategy, optimize campaigns, and build strong relationships with operators and affiliates, working on-site five days a week in a dynamic iGaming environment.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in online gaming affiliate management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. A network in .com markets is preferred for broad regional coverage.

BettingJobs is working with a privately owned B2C iGaming operator based in Dubai that has been running a profitable business across five online casino brands over the past year.

They are currently looking to further expand their team locally and are seeking to hire an Affiliate Manager for their multinational team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, grow, and optimise a portfolio of affiliates across key markets.
• Oversee and optimise affiliate marketing strategies to maximise traffic and revenue.
• Coordinate with platform owners and internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Analyse affiliate performance and prepare regular reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.

Requirements:

• Based in Dubai
• Available to work on-site, 5 days a week
