Job summary

BettingJobs is seeking an Affiliate Manager in Dubai to lead a multinational affiliate portfolio. You will oversee strategy, optimize campaigns, and build strong relationships with operators and affiliates, working on-site five days a week in a dynamic iGaming environment.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in online gaming affiliate management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. A network in .com markets is preferred for broad regional coverage.

Qualifications

Proven background in affiliate management for online gaming and betting.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with evidence of data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Based in Dubai and available to work on-site (5 days a week).
Experience with operators supported by the GR8 platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage, grow, and optimise a portfolio of affiliates across key markets.
Oversee and optimise affiliate marketing strategies to maximise traffic and revenue.
Coordinate with platform owners and internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
Analyse affiliate performance and prepare regular reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
