Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ticketing systems (AFC).

Responsibilities

• Provide effective engineering and maintenance services for AFC and telecom systems.
• Act as primary contact for technical queries and support.
• Investigate faults and ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using a computerized system.
• Conduct assessments of AFC system performance.
