Job summary

Ontimedubai in Dubai invites applications for an experienced Clinic Client Relations Manager to oversee the client journey and day-to-day operations of our premium aesthetic clinic.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years UAE experience in client relations or clinic management within an aesthetic or premium healthcare environment, with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in client relations or clinic operations.
• Experience in aesthetic/premium healthcare environments preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall client journey and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Oversee daily front-of-house and client relations operations.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists and admin teams.
• Support appointment management, follow-ups and retention initiatives.
• Maintain service standards aligned with the clinic's premium brand.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and clinic efficiency.
