Job summary

Ontimedubai is expanding its European-inspired aesthetic clinic in Dubai. We seek a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure premium patient care in a fast-growing environment.

You will drive clinic performance, manage the patient journey, and collaborate with management to launch and grow the clinic while upholding DHA standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, patient experience, team management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
• Lead, coordinate, and support the clinic team to maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and patient care.
• Manage the patient journey and experience, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Monitor appointments, staff schedules, clinic resources, supplies, and other operational requirements.
• Support sales, patient retention, and clinic performance, monitoring key targets.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements, clinic policies, health and safety standards, and procedures.
• Work with management and medical team to support launch, growth, and development of the clinic.

About the Client

A European medical aesthetics brand originating from Amsterdam, now expanding its presence in Dubai. The clinic is built around a European treatment philosophy focused on natural, conservative results, personalized care, clinical excellence, and a premium patient experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinic operations, team management, patient experience, and business performance, with the ability to maintain the high service standards expected within a premium aesthetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
• Lead, coordinate, and support the clinic team to maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and patient care.
• Manage the overall patient journey and experience, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Monitor appointments, staff schedules, clinic resources, supplies, and other operational requirements.
• Support sales, patient retention, and clinic performance, monitoring key operational and business targets.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements, clinic policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with management and the medical team to support the successful launch, growth, and ongoing development of the clinic.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role, preferably within an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare environment.

• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, patient experience, team management, and customer service.
• Previous UAE healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of sales, patient retention, and clinic performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished approach.
• Ability to thrive in a startup/growing clinic environment and contribute to establishing strong operational standards.
