Job description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Adobe Analytics Consultant to help our organization unlock the full potential of our digital analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders marketers developers and data teams to implement, manage and optimize Adobe Analytics providing actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Adobe Analytics tracking for web and mobile platforms.

  • Develop technical specifications and tagging guides for developers to ensure accurate data collection.

  • Perform regular audits to validate analytics implementation and troubleshoot data discrepancies.

  • Build, maintain and optimize dashboards and reports using Adobe Workspace and other tools.

  • Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels and digital performance to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing UX Development Product) to translate business goals into measurement strategies.

  • Provide training and support to internal teams to enable self‑service analytics.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new features and best practices within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

  • Assist with data governance documentation and ensuring data privacy compliance.

  • Work with tag management systems like Adobe Launch or other TMS as needed.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics including implementation and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript) and tag management systems (Adobe Launch Tealium etc.).

  • Solid experience creating segments, calculated metrics and custom reports in Adobe Workspace.

  • Proven ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Target Audience Manager) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SQL data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or other digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
