We are looking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant for our office in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks. The salary for this position is 1000 AED per month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff in our office, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, filing documents and gathering data. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills; they should also demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. Candidates with prior experience in a similar role are highly preferred. We are open to considering foreign applicants who meet all the requirements of the job description.
