Qualifications

• 5-10 years in compliance or risk management within financial services.
• Experience as MLRO or Deputy MLRO in a regulated entity.
• Industry experience in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ADGM regulatory frameworks and reporting.
• Support MLRO duties including AML/CTF oversight and reporting.
• Develop and enhance compliance frameworks across jurisdictions.
• Engage with regulators for effective communication and issue resolution.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits.
