Job summary

Amazon UAE in Dubai is seeking an ACES Specialist - Operations Excellence to drive delivery station standards, process improvement, and performance across MEATR transportation operations.

You will study workflows, identify gaps, standardize OTR and UTR processes, coordinate with operations, program, and product teams, and own system configurations to strengthen customer, shipper, and operator experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing or logistics operations environment.
• Experience with process improvement and standardization.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational standards for delivery station processes.
• Support standardization of OTR and UTR operations across MEATR locations.
• Study day-to-day delivery station workflows to understand processes.
• Identify operational gaps and defects and ensure standards followed.
• Work with operations, program, product, and supporting teams to resolve issues.
• Take ownership of corrective actions until improvements are implemented.
• Review key operational metrics and translate into actionable steps.
• Monitor impact of process changes and determine further improvements.
• Support initiatives to improve customer experience through reliable transportation.
• Establish repeatable practices across multiple delivery stations.
• Own system configuration activities and ensure settings support processes.
• Document requirements and changes clearly.
• Communicate priorities to operational and program teams.
