Job summary

Khidmah is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage payables processing and payment cycles in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on reviewing invoices, transmittals, and ensuring accuracy with POs and service entries. You will handle vendor communications, reconciliation, and timely payments through multiple channels.

Responsibilities include AP aging reporting, prepayments, and month-end close activities. A strong understanding of SAP Ariba and bank portals is essential.

Qualifications

• Processes payables end-to-end and posts invoices in the system.
• Ensures accuracy of transmittals and invoices against POs and service entries.
• Reconciles supplier statements and initiates payments per terms and approvals.
• Schedules payments, issues cheques and executes online transfers.

Responsibilities

• Review and post all types of payables.
• Review transmittals for invoices and verify with SAP Ariba, MIR6, matching to POs and service entries.
• Reconcile supplier statements and initiate payments for approvals.
• Schedule payments according to due dates and prepare cheques/online transfers.
• Review and process all prepayments to vendors.
• Process single payments through ADCB Portal.
• Ensure accurate vendor IBANs for online payments.
• Send payment confirmations (Swift advice) to vendors.
• Check tenancy contracts and related POs for cheque payments.
• Prepare monthly AP aging, advances to suppliers, and deposits for monthly close.
