Aldar Education is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join its corporate finance team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role manages end-to-end payables for Head Office entities, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations and payment coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and at least 3 years of accounts payable or financial accounting experience, with strong Excel and ERP skills

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable or financial accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP-based Procure-to-Pay processes is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes for Head Office entities.
• Perform PO matching and verify invoice validity and coding.
• Prepare supplier payment proposals and coordinate with Treasury.
• Maintain supplier accounts and reconcile accounts payable records.
• Ensure VAT treatment and tax invoice information compliance.
• Prepare month-end payable accruals and closing reports.
• Support internal/external audits with required documentation.
