Job summary

RMB Group/Real State in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk/Specialist to handle vendor invoices, match them to POs, and process payments with accuracy. This in-person role requires attention to detail and familiarity with accounting software.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Enter invoice data into the accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payment runs via check, ACH, wire or online banking.
• Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
