Job summary

About Oskar Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor relationships, processing supplier invoices and payments with a strong eye for accuracy.

The role requires 3+ years in accounts payable, solid knowledge of IAS/IFRS, and proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Xero, along with advanced Excel skills. UAE VAT awareness is essential, and experience in trading or consumer electronics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAS & IFRS.
• Hands-on vendor reconciliation and month-end closing experience.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, or similar systems.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of UAE VAT.
• Experience in trading, distribution, or consumer electronics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes and vendor master data.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process supplier payments and monitor cash flow.
• Support month-end close activities and intercompany reconciliations.
