Job summary

RMB Group/Real State in Abu Dhabi seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk to process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments. The role supports month-end closing and reporting and prefers candidates with experience working with Philippine-based clients or vendors.

The position is full-time in Abu Dhabi, with a Monday-Friday schedule. Salary is negotiable based on experience and includes health insurance and PTO among other benefits.

Qualifications

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• Enter invoice data into the accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payment runs via check, ACH, wire, or online banking
• Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
