Job summary

Indman DMCC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to manage the full AP cycle in the UAE. You will handle supplier invoices, statement reconciliations, payments, and maintain accurate records in line with UAE requirements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years in AP, and strong ERP experience (Dynamics, Tally, Zoho) with advanced Excel skills. Excellent vendor coordination and compliance know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Vendor Accounting.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT and basic UAE accounting requirements.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and process supplier/vendor invoices, checks against POs and approvals.
• Maintain vendor accounts, reconcile statements, and age reports.
• Prepare weekly/monthly vendor payment schedules and process payments.
• Coordinate with Procurement Operations HR and other departments for approvals.
• Provide remittance details and support during audits.
