Job summary

A manufacturing company in Ras al-Khaimah seeks an Accounts & Administration Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and administrative duties. Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic HR/labor procedures.

Job Overview

We are hiring an Accounts & Administration Executive to handle daily accounting activities along with administrative coordination. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, supporting internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

This position is suitable for candidates with hands‑on experience in accounts and administration, preferably in a manufacturing or construction chemical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliation
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records
  • Prepare invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, and credit/debit notes
  • Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Assist in monthly closing, VAT filing, and basic financial reporting
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and suppliers when requiredSupport coordination between management, production, and logistics teams
  • Prepare reports on expenses, stock purchases, and administrative costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor and tax regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 3–4 years of experience in accounts and administration (manufacturing or construction chemical environment preferred)
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic HR/labor procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Arabic or Hindi language skills are an added advantage
