Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks a Sales and Business Development professional to drive monthly and annual targets for the glue and adhesive portfolio across construction tiling, woodworking, packaging, automotive and industrial segments.

You will manage customer relationships, convert enquiries to orders, prepare accurate quotations, provide technical product support, monitor market trends, and coordinate with warehouse and finance to ensure smooth order-to-cash execution.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license.
• 2–4 years of B2B UAE sales experience.
• Background in adhesives or building materials.
• Bachelor's or diploma in business, chemistry, or engineering.
• Contacts with contractors, tiling, joinery firms, traders.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Good English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• MS Office and CRM/ERP exposure.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, well organized.
• Willing to travel across the UAE.
• Immediate or short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for adhesive portfolio.
• Develop new customers across construction tiling woodworking packaging automotive.
• Convert enquiries into orders with timely follow-ups.
• Grow wallet share with existing accounts via repeat orders and cross-selling.
• Maintain regular visits and calls with key accounts.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for delivery schedules.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on price lists and margins.
• Provide product pricing queries and site support.
